Prior to RTSB, En Imran has over 25 years of experience working in numerous companies and industries e.g. hotel, manufacturing, property management, conglomerate companies; among which were Genting Group Bhd (Awana Portomalai Langkawi), Hishi Plastics Asia Sdn Bhd and Panasonic Audio Video (M) Sdn Bhd, TMR Urusharta Sdn Bhd (Subsidiary of Johor Corporation), Maju Holdings Sdn Bhd and HRSB Holdings Sdn Bhd. Among his portfolios includes Corporate Finance, Human Capital, Project and Property Management, Supply Chain, Business Development and Operations.
En Imran founded Radical Tactic Supply & Services in 2018, and upgraded the business to Radical Tactic Sdn Bhd (”RTSB”) in January 2025. He is currently the Group Managing Director for Radical Tactic Group of Companies.
He is an alumni of UITM where he obtained Diploma in Banking (ITM Dungun) and MBA (UITM Johor Bahru). He also hold a Bachelors (Sc) Degree in Business Administration from Oklahoma State University (OSU), USA. He is currently pursuing PHD in Build Environment under Faculty of Architecture, Planning & Survey in UITM Shah Alam.
En Mohd Fairus bin Ishak

Prior to RTSB, En Fairus has more than 15 years experience working in numerous companies and industries e.g. construction and property management, which includes Logicraft (M) Sdn Bhd, Utusan Jitu Sdn Bhd, Arisprop Holdings Sdn Bhd. In 2017, he founded FNR Bersama Resources which has been a valuable business partner for Radical Tactic. Currently he sits as a Director in RTSB. Among his portfolios includes Quantity Surveyor, Project and Property Management, Operations, Landscaping, and other civil engineering works.
En Fairus has a Higher National Diploma in Construction (Quantity Surveyor) from International University College of Technology Twintech (IUCTT).
Cik Nur Aina Nazurah

Cik Nur Aina Nazurah holds a Bachelor of Medical Imaging (Hons) from UITM Puncak Alam. She currently sits as a Director in RTSB, overseeing the corporate facade of the business. Cik Aina has tremendous exposure in medical areas and accounts which is a valuable asset to support the financial areas and activities of RTSB.
